Brioche Bread - Classic French Bread

Ingredients: 3-3/4 cups of refined flour (about 500 grams) 2 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast 2 eggs 200 ml of milk 7 tablespoons of butter at room temperature Method: Mix flour and salt and beat eggs and set aside. To warm milk (110 degrees Fahrenheit), add yeast and sugar and mix.  Set aside to activate, about 10 minutes. Once the yeast is activated, add it to the flour along with butter and eggs and knead into a soft smooth dough. Place it in a greased bowl and cover and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled.  This may take anywhere from 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Once the dough has risen, punch it down on a floured surface and divide into two portions. Take one portion and further divide into 6 equal portions and roll them into balls.  Place them in a bread baking pan and cover and let rise in a warm spot until almost doubled in size. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush the top
