Tea time cookies

Ingredients: 2 Cups of all purpose flour 4 tablespoons of butter (room temperature) 4 teaspoon of yogurt 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste 2 teaspoons of sugar Carom seeds, green chillies, and cilantro (to taste). Method: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Grease the baking tray using the oil spray and set aside. In a mixing bowl, sift in all purpose flour, salt, and add the dry ingredients.  Now add yogurt and butter and mix well. Knead into a soft dough with some water if required.  Set it aside to rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, f lour your kitchen platform and roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut out the cookies into desired shapes using a cookie cutter. Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. Once the edge turns slightly gold brown in color, they are done. Transfer them to the cooling rack and cool them completely. Enjoy!

Vegetable sandwich with green peas spread.

Vegetable sandwich with green peas spread. Ingredients: For green peas spread: 1 cup frozen peas. 1 pod of garlic. 2 green chillies or to taste. 2 sprigs of cilantro. 1 sprig of parsley. 1 tsp lemon juice or to taste. 1 tsp olive oil. Salt to taste. Others: 1 baguette 9 slices of tomatoes & cucumber each. Butter (optional). Bean sprouts  (optional) . Method: For green peas spread. Microwave or cook the peas for a minute and drain the water and set aside to cool. Finely chop garlic, green chillies, cilantro, parsley. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend it to a smooth paste. Assembling the sandwich: Butter the bread or baguette and grill it. Once out of the grill, spread the green peas paste and top it with cucumber and tomato and sprouts. Voila your green summer healthy sandwich is ready.
