Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread

Ingredients: 1/3 cup warm water 2-1/2 teaspoons of yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup milk 3-1/2 tablespoons of butter 3 to 3-1/2 cups of all purpose flour plus extra for dusting 2 tablespoons of milk powder 1 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 cup chopped apples 1/3 cup sugar, or as needed 1 tablespoon cinnamon, or as needed Method: Melt butter in milk either on stove top or in a microwave and set aside. Heat 1/3 cup of water to about 110 degrees Fahrenheit and add yeast and sugar and set aside to activate. Meanwhile, mix flour, salt, and milk powder. Once the yeast is activated (foamy), add it to the flour along with milk and melted butter and knead into a soft dough. Add extra flour if needed and knead until everything comes together and forms a soft dough. Penne Pasta & Veggie Casserole

Serves: 4 Cooking time:  15 minutes Baking time:  30 minutes Ingredients: 200 grams Penne pasta 1 cup mixed vegetables like onion, bell pepper, carrots, cauliflower chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt to taste   Water as needed to cook the pasta White Sauce: 4 tablespoons of butter 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour A pinch of nutmeg 2 cups of milk Salt to taste  Method: Cook pasta in salted water and drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees  Fahrenheit. In a pan, heat oil and saute all the vegetables along with salt and crushed red pepper flakes.  Once the vegetables are cooked through, set it aside. Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes & Basil

Ingredients: 4 oz pasta of your choice (cooked) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 teaspoon chopped garlic  1-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Basil to garnish  Parmesan cheese to garnish Method: Heat oil on medium and saute garlic until it turns light golden brown in color.  Next add the cherry tomatoes and saute until soft. Add in the hot pepper flakes and salt and cook for a minute.  Next add the cooked pasta and mix everything well.  If you find the sauce to be too dry, reserve some of the pasta water and add to it.  Season well with salt and pepper and garnish and serve hot.
