Ingredients:
2 ounce of spaghetti
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1 tomato cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes and oregano
Basil and parsley to garnish
Method:
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook spaghetti with salt. Once cooked, drain and transfer to a separate bowl.
Along side, in a pan, heat butter and saute garlic until light brown. Next add tomatoes and crushed red pepper flakes and oregano along with salt and pepper and saute until tomatoes are tender.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, add in the spaghetti and mix well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parsley and basil and serve hot.
