Ingredients:
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a pan, saute chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil on medium heat until its translucent.
Next add a can of tomatoes and chopped basil leaves, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes and turn off.
Serve it with pasta of your choice.
